What is an Ice Bath?

An ice bath in Mazunte involves immersing yourself in ice-cold water—typically between 0–2°C (32–35.6°F)—for a short, guided session. It’s not just about braving the cold; it’s a full-body reset that combines breathwork, focused mindset, and the powerful activation of your nervous system.

At Casa Miguana, we can arrange this transformative ice bath experience for you as part of your stay. The session takes place in a calm, beautiful private space in Mazunte, led by our trusted facilitator who has had the privilege of training directly alongside Wim Hof, the world-renowned “Iceman.”

Your Ice Bath Experience: What’s Included

Laguna Manialtepec
